Terms and Conditions

  Pricing and Quotes: All prices are in USD. Quotes are valid for 60 days and finalized upon initial payment.

  Commission Requirements: A 2-view reference sheet or multi-angle photos are strongly recommended. All features in the reference will be included unless specified otherwise.

  Design Requests: Special requests must be made at the time of commission. Fox Labs reserves the right to reject any modifications after this period.

  Payments:
       Initial 25% down payment is non-refundable after 7 days.
       The remaining 75% is due when work begins.
       Shipping costs are additional and calculated at the time of completion. Generally speaking the shipping is around $25 in the US or about $50 for international destinations.
       Payment plans are available for the remaining 75%, via Afterpay in 4 installments

  Minors: Only legal guardians can commission for those under 18.

  Ownership: Failure to complete payment within a month of completion transfers ownership to Fox Labs.

  Sizing: Protogen heads are one-size-fits-all. Size requests should be mentioned before the first payment.

  Shipping: Ground shipping with insurance is our recommended method. Additional shipping methods are the customer's responsibility.

  Responsibility: Customer assumes responsibility once the item is with the carrier. Fox Labs is not liable for shipping damage but will assist with repairs for normal wear and tear or severe damage.

  Deadlines and Completion: Any deadlines should be communicated before the first payment. Completion estimates are non-binding and subject to change.

  Media Sharing: Commissioning implies permission to share images on various platforms. Customer identities will be obscured when possible, and removal requests will be honored.

 

Custom Protogen Heads Return Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of our Protogen heads, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure fairness and quality assurance for all parties involved.

Non-Refundable Down Payment:

• The 30% down payment is non-refundable after 7 days from the initial payment date.

Custom Item Policy:

• Custom-made items, including all Protogen heads, are non-returnable and non-refundable once the production process has begun. This is due to the unique specifications and customization involved in each commission.

Defective or Damaged Products:

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item for repair or replacement at no additional cost. Shipping costs for returns under these circumstances will be covered by us.

Repair and Maintenance:

• We offer repair services for normal wear and tear at no cost, with the customer covering shipping expenses. For significant damage to the plastic or core elements, please contact us for an assessment and repair cost estimate.

Shipping Liability:

• Once a Protogen head is handed over to the shipping carrier, the customer assumes all responsibility for any damage incurred during transit. We strongly recommend opting for shipping insurance and are happy to help facilitate safe shipping.

Payment Plans and Ownership:

• If a payment plan is chosen, the Protogen head will not be shipped until full payment is received. Failure to complete payments within one month of the agreed date results in the head becoming the sole property of Fox Labs, and it may be resold after modification.
